On May 14 something very special from Birds Eye will be landing at the Ice Tank in London. To launch the Birds Eye Inspirations range, which includes Chicken and Fish Chargrills and are said to have been “Crafted to combine the finest and freshest ingredients, with exciting flavour combinations.”, the Birds Eye Picture House pop-up restaurant will come to life!
The pop-up, pay-by-picture restaurant which is the first of it’s kind doesn’t accept cash though. Instead it will only accept an Instagram photo of your meal taken from the app, filters are optional, paired with the #BirdsEyeInspirations as payment. We really love to see social media being used to convert digital activity into physical activity and with Instagram said to be the best marketing platform for brands, Birds Eye have really hit the nail on the head.
Before the grand opening Birds Eye have also launched a competition on the website, where you can win a seat for yourself and a guest to visit the Picture House and meet Instgram’s top photographer Marte Marie Forsberg.
