Account Executives play a pivotal role in the account delivery here at RMG. You will work to provide operational excellence to the account teams and achieve client satisfaction within your category.

What is my role?

You will support the Account Managers, Category Directors and Internal teams to deliver the client activity, develop strong relationships to provide outstanding service and experiences. Your key to success will be to gain a deep understanding of the objectives, RMG’s proposition and your category’s vision. This position is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday.

What's expected of me in my role?

  • Work closely Account Managers, field teams and internal departments to ensure they are supported.
  • Build a strong rapport with all members of the office and field teams
  • Co-ordinate asset management for the business and/or clients.
  • Booking and organising meeting venues, hotels, travel and accommodation.
  • Providing quotations for branded merchandise such as uniforms, POS for our clients.
  • Manage and organise the logistics requirements for each client via third party suppliers.
  • Daily use of NetSuite to manage purchase orders and all team spend – creation through to invoicing.
  • Preparation and sending out agreed reports to the field teams and clients.
  • Attending client meetings, team training sessions and conference calls.
  • Commercial awareness of the business and client budgets, ensuring processes are adhered to.
  • Undertake field visits as required.
  • Provide IT assistance to head office and field teams.
  • Supporting Account Managers with tactical campaigns.
  • Provide adhoc support on projects across the business.
  • To be a positive & proactive member of the RMG team.
  • Actively participate in all meetings and training sessions.
