Working:  Permanent, Part Time  

Contract: 2 Days – Saturday and Sunday  

Location: Westfield White City London Store  

Reports to: Store Management Team

We are bringing some of the magic of theatre to how we shop for lifestyle technology products by offering curated experiences across a physical and digital retail format and you will lead the high engaging teams supporting visitors to our experience

It is the home of innovation where consumers can discover and choose the latest and best innovation products designed to make life better

Where you will be working: 

Let’s set the scene and give you a taster of the Venue you will be working in:  

  • We’re bringing the magic of theatre to the High Street. Situ Live is a real-life retail playhouse where products are brought to life through interactive store design, live demonstrations, exciting events, and expert storytelling. Visitors then scan a QR code to buy the products 
  • The venue showcases a world-class collection of brands from the likes of Maserati, Oculus, Fitbit, Sonos, Lenovo, and Bosch to cutting-edge companies with innovation you won’t find in other stores  
  • At Situ Live we have a fully kitted-out kitchen, functional gym, and live stage, where we host a variety of events and activations – from cooking demonstrations with celebrity chefs to exclusive product launches 

What this role entails: 

  • This is not just an average Customer Service Role; this is an opportunity to use your creative flair service skills to create a new physical and digital retail format that blends the editorial strength of lifestyle magazines with the sensory energy of live experiential action.   
  • You will provide a consumer experience that is like no other in retail and will understand that providing the right solutions to consumer needs will automatically drive sales 
  • Hand on product demonstrations and consumer engagement 
  • Providing a world class unique consumer experience 
  • You will be driven to influence sales for our brands 

Your experience:  

  • You will have previously worked within a fast paced, dynamic retail environment (We welcome events or pop-up shop experience) 
  •  Demonstrating & selling technology products is advantageous   
  • Proven background in delivering the full demonstration journey through to a sale  

About you (this part is key):  

  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be excited by constant personal interaction  
  • Passionate about technology and agility at learning new products and features  
  • Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers  
  • You will need to be a creative, high energy, driven and dynamic individual  
  • Strong people skills and passionate about service and influencing sales 
  • Be able to understand people and engagement and embody the company culture
