This state-of-the art Huawei Experience Store offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where our customers feel truly inspired by Huawei products. You’ll be working together as a great team to deliver memorable and immersive experiences for customers; as they learn, shop and get support from you.

As a Sales Advisor / Social Media Manager, you’re responsible for creating high quality experiences for customers both on the shopfloor & digitally using a variety of social media platforms. You’ll do this by engaging in inquisitive and knowledgeable conversations with customers to discover their needs, ensuring they leave our flagship store happy and wanting to recommend to
friends. This will involve introducing and matching our Huawei products and services to our customer’s individual needs to create a great sale and experience. You’ll be helping customers do what they love in new ways with our Huawei technology!

Working as part of a friendly and high-performing team, you will be set realistic and motivating
personal and store KPI’s; creating the opportunity to earn some fantastic commission for yourself.

You will be responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring the store’s presence across multiple social media platforms where you will be able to flex your skills, including strategy development, project management, customer service, networking and content creation.

What experience should I have?

  • Most importantly you’ll need to have super customer service & sales skills, so will have demonstrated this in a previous customer-facing role.
  • You will have amazing communication skills in both English & Mandarin and be confident to strike up engaging conversations with a diverse mix of customers, with the ability to network, identify potential customer leads and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • You’ll have a passion for learning about technology and Huawei products, always inquisitive to learn about the latest products and features.
  • You’ll have experience with WeChat, Facebook & TikTok, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies. With the ability to create captivating content for the store’s social media sites.
  • Previous experience in a smart-home, mobile, tablet or laptop sales environment is a bonus for us, but not essential.
  • You may be asked to work evenings or weekends depending on your shift work.
