As a LG Live Chat Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for professionally representing the Home Entertainment products of LG within Harvey Norman ROI retail environment through Live Chat. You will need to fully understand and communicate the features and benefits of the LG products, helping to promote and support LG’s retail objectives by way of Live Chat.

We’re looking for enthusiastic product genius to engage and present the latest LG Home Entertainment products through live online chats to both new and existing customers. Maintaining and sharing excellent product knowledge across relevant LG products and being part of a great team!

Working pattern:

Thursday – Saturday 9:30 – 18:00
Sunday – either 11:00 – 17:00 or 12:00 – 18:00

  • Communicate feedback/issues to relevant departments using the standard reporting procedures.
  • Submission of a daily report via our reporting system which contains accurate and valid data.
  • Respond to requests from your Regional Manager, meeting any deadlines or requirements made of you.
  • Partake in a weekly briefing call with Regional Manager to take direction and focus for the week ahead.
