Working Days: 37.5 hours – Mon – Sun flexible working week ( 1 weekend day every 2 weeks on a rota)

Regional Manager Role overview:

You will be responsible for managing a dynamic regional field team across the Midlands & Ireland (Birmingham/Nottingham) . You will be accountable for your territory and for recruiting, developing, and motivating your team to ensure the success against the client’s objectives.

Success will be achieved through your ability to influence and motivate your team whilst understanding the vision of LG and Retail Marketing Group.

Regional Manager Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving sales success for all stores by reviewing performance regularly and look for opportunities to increase brand awareness. 
  • Take ownership of issue resolution in the field, coordinating action wherever possible and building strong client relationships to successfully escalate where required. 
  • Lead the team, managing performance and resolving challenges. 
  • Positively direct the team on current activities and client request to ensure effective and timely completion. 
  • Complete field visits with regional team to motivate and manage ensuring consistency and high performance across the team.  
  • Ensure coverage KPI’s are maintained by recruiting to a high standard within given timeframe.  

What key skills and experience should I have?

  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining a field team.  
  • Professional communication and relationship building skills.  
  • Can use Microsoft PowerPoint, excel, word and outlook. 
  • Flexible, adaptive and can cope with priorities changing. 
  • Decisive analytic skills and the behaviour to make considered choices based on data.

  • Strong interest in technology and the enthusiasm to quickly learn new products and features
  • Confident, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment 
  • Self motivated and an excellent time manager, an eye for detail and enjoys report analysis.
  • This role will include regular visits to Eire and Northern Ireland so you will need a valid passport and be able to stay away on occasion
  • You will have easy access to Birmingham Airport
