Salary: £28,000 + £,3250 Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance

Location: Hybrid (Ideal Location: North, East or West London)
Contract: Full Time, permanent
Working Days: Mon – Fri, 9am-5:30pm (occasional weekend work)

National Product Trainer Role Overview:
We are looking for a National Product Trainer to increase sales of our clients’ products & services within a wide range of leading technology accounts through the delivery of first-class brand education, training and engagement projects and programmes at national and regional levels
If you are someone who loves influencing through strong relationships and digital skills to propose, design, deliver and evaluate education, training, and engagement initiatives, then this is the perfect role for you!
Success will be achieved through your ability to influence and motivate whilst understanding the vision of our Client and Retail Storey
National Product Trainer Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring strong relationships are gained, developed, and maintained with key colleagues/managers within your projects and programmes remits, to increase our Clients brand advocacy and sales
- Using your relationships and digital skills to propose, design, deliver and evaluate education, training, and engagement initiatives in line with our Clients goals and the needs of their partners
- Online, and face to face, Community management & Social engagement will be key to you driving advocacy and sales as part of your ongoing role development
- Participating or managing activities which will include, but are not limited to, experiential events, conferences, large meetings, training stands, demonstrations, public engagements and private functions
What key skills should I have?
- Experienced in retail and consumer electricals
- Worked in a field role previously
- Managed; or at a minimum worked with, a team face to face or remotely in a leading capacity
- Digital Experience – Preferred
- Previous training and demonstration experience

- Passion about educating Retail Store staff through fun and engaging training
- A good self promoter and an evangelist who loves building relationships, some may say a ‘people person’
- Highly proficient in the digital world, social media channels and virtual world environments
