SituLive is changing the way people discover, experience and choose lifestyle products forever by creating an immersive store experience Westfield launched in September 2021. A new physical and digital retail format that blends the editorial strength of lifestyle magazines with the sensory energy of live experiential action.

We are bringing some of the magic of theatre to how we shop for lifestyle technology products by offering curated experiences across a physical and digital retail format and you will lead the high engaging teams supporting customers in store.

Let’s set the scene and give you a taster of the environment you will be developing content for:

You will be part of the front of house team of a large venue in Westfield Shopping Centre with a series of bespoke curated environments.

Situ Live London is the first store of its kind to kickstart a new generation of stores which offers customers an immersive experience with a wide range of home technology products ranging from Home Entertainment to Gym equipment and all that’s in between.

The store has 6 staging areas each with a different theme where live events/shows/acts/demonstrations will take place, often with celebrity guests to interact with

What is my role?

Provide the critical first point of contact with shoppers as they approach/enter the Situ Live venue
Encouraging shoppers to come into Situ Live from the main concourse (increased peel rate)
Engage and guide our shoppers on their Situ Live journey upon entrance to our venue.
Provide light touch security cover to provide team safety and theft deterrent (training will be provided)
Embody and embrace our Situ Live values to deliver a world class customer service.
Explore consumer desires and create curated experiences for each and every consumer.
Work closely with our venue leadership team to deliver a dynamic and stimulating experience for shoppers.
Ensuring relevant daily checks are completed in line with Situ Live guidelines.
Working with StoryTellers and Demonstrators to create a seamless handover process to Situ Live theatres.
Working with StoryTellers & Demonstrators alike to create a consumer centric experience led environment to work within.
Being a key holder of the venue and supporting strategically with rota requirements.
