SituLive is changing the way people discover, experience and choose lifestyle products forever by creating an immersive store experience in Westfield.

A new physical and digital retail format that blends the editorial strength of lifestyle magazines with the sensory energy of live experiential action.

We are bringing some of the magic of theatre to how we shop for lifestyle technology products by offering curated experiences across a physical and digital retail format.

Location: Situ Live Westfield London Store

Working: Full time, shift pattern within a venue open 7 days a week

Contract: 3 month fixed term starting asap

What is my role?

Work closely in venue with the Lead Trainer and Content Creator to design, deliver and conduct training and development programmes that will maximise employee development, engagement and satisfaction.

Create and deliver purposeful workshops, masterclasses, social and self-learning opportunities with the right content for the right audiences.

Conduct and analyse employee feedback, survey results and other forms of training needs and employee satisfaction measurements building solutions to fit the business needs

Assist with the selection of training and external trainers for the business where needed

Work with world leading brands to develop their content into meaningful training materials for our venue teams

Proactively measure the impact and return on investment of training initiatives

Bring the outside in by attending external events and drawing on latest thinking to evolve training strategies and development workshops

Create and deliver highly engaging and purposeful inductions for new starters

What experience should I have?

  • We are looking for someone who has experience in any, or a combination of the following:
  • You could have a background as a senior product trainer in store or out in the field or experience in a “Train the Trainer” role
  • Current knowledge of effective Learning & Development methodologies
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and familiar with Self, Social and e-Learning platforms
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong design, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience designing training content (favourable)
  • BSc/BA in related field or CIPD qualification (nice to have)
  • L&D qualification or credible, relevant experience (desirable)
  • Have experience in one of the previously mentioned areas.
