Our COVID-19 response


We’ve learned a lot over the last 18 months and do all we can to put the health and well-being of our people, clients and partners at the front and centre of everything we do.

The steps we take today include the following:

  • The introduction of a Work From Anywhere policy for our former head office community. Our colleagues decide how they work best, be it from home, a temporary office, a coffee shop or a park and we provide the support they need for them to create their favoured routine.
  • We continue to provide all the necessary PPE  for our field-based colleagues and ensure they follow any retailer-specific guidelines.
  • Before every physical meeting we encourage all our team members to conduct lateral flow tests, for the safety of themselves and those around them.

We will review and amend our policies with any future changes in government guidance to ensure we are communicating the very latest information to our people.

Through these turbulent times we continue to offer our services to clients and do so in the knowledge that our employees have what they need to stay safe and healthy in their work.
